Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy:

Refund will be issued only if the returned product is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, all the tags intact and no signs of perfume or sweat. We do not have reverse pickup service available with us as of now and the customer is responsible to ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving the order. It is mandatory to share the tracking details once shipped via email or call / WhatsApp. Upon the receipt of the parcel from your end, we will do thorough quality check, if it passes through the quality check is when we will issue refund. The refund will be applied towards the original mode of payment and the same will reflect in your account within 2 to 4 business days. We will notify you via email, WhatsApp or call for the same. 

Exchange Policy:

Exchange will be issued if the returned product is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, all tags intact and no signs of perfume or sweat. If the chosen size does not fit you then you can opt for an exchange. If you wish to exchange the product then you need to inform us with in 7 days of the receipt via email or call. Please note that the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer, followed by an email with the tracking details. If you want us to arrange a pickup then you need to get in touch with our team and the shipping cost will be added to the parcel in the form of COD. Please get in touch via Whatsapp or call to get sizes customized beyond 13Y of age, please note this will be chargeable.

Products bought from "Under 999" section are non returnable and non exchangable, so kindly double check the measurements before ordering.
